Changes Ahead...

Many of you already know that I have been blessed to stay at home with my sweet baby boy since he was born.  Now that he is 2 years old (where does time go?!?!) I will be starting Mommy School/Preschool with him.  It is a lot to take on with baby sister on the way but I am going to try my best to make it super simple.

First, I started working on a curriculum that I could use.  After doing a lot of research and deciding what I wanted to focus on I created my Preschool Curriculum Outline [2013-2014}. (Click to download for FREE)

Next on my list was to get materials ready for our Mommy School "classroom".  I am going to be using our playroom as our classroom which is quite small and will still serve as the playroom in our house so I needed to confine our school area into a small section.

I created the materials I will be using and made them available for you to purchase at my TpT and TN Stores (click on the links below).  They are printed, laminated and waiting to be cut, so be on the lookout for a post on how I set up our Mommy School Classroom next week! Getting excited!

  1. Hi Mrs. Jones! I am a past 2nd grade -public school teacher - turned stay at home mom-turned Preschool teacher. I recently came across your blog and love it! I have a 1 1/2 year old and a 4 1/2 year old and have had a "Mommy and Me Knee High Readers" Program in our at home classroom over the last two years. Now, I am thrilled to be teaching in one of the 3 year old classrooms (part time) at my boys preschool. Anyway, I just mapped out my curriculum for the year but was struggling with how to map out my Bible application. I came across your curriculum outline and love how you organized your Bible stories. Thanks for sharing this! My blog is
